Privacy policy

Data controller

Solange Lénérand, sole trader (French micro-entreprise), operating the website under the name Solangepoint. Contact: contact@solangepoint.com.

Data collected and purposes

• Orders: name, email, phone number and shipping address, to process, ship and track your order and meet our accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never have access to your bank details.
• New pieces sign-up: your email address, only to tell you about new creations. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
• Messages you send us by email or on Instagram: to reply to you.
• Audience measurement: anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type), with no cookies and no identification of visitors, to improve the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Recipients

Your data is never sold or rented. It is only shared with the service providers needed to run the service:

• Stripe (online payment);
• La Poste / Colissimo (delivery);
• Vercel (website hosting and anonymous visit statistics);
• Brevo (new pieces mailing list and information emails).

Stripe and Vercel may process data in the United States; these transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).

Retention periods

• Customer data: 3 years after the last order or contact;
• Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation);
• New pieces mailing list: until you unsubscribe;
• Visit statistics: aggregated and anonymous, with no personal data kept.

Cookies and local storage

This website uses no advertising, tracking or audience measurement cookies, which is why you are not asked for consent. It only stores the following in your browser so that it works properly:

• the contents of your cart;
• the fact that you have already seen the opening animation during your visit.

This information stays on your device. The Stripe payment page sets its own cookies, which are strictly necessary for payment security.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase or port your data, object to its processing or ask for it to be restricted, by writing to contact@solangepoint.com. We reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
